With over three decades of experience in education, Ms. Seema Bhati is a passionate educationist committed to nurturing meaningful and transformative learning experiences. As an IB PYP Coordinator, she is dedicated to creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment that inspires curiosity, encourages critical thinking, and fosters independence, confidence, and a mindset of continuous growth in every learner.

She brings extensive experience in teaching and primary curriculum development, having worked with learners from Nursery to Grade Five and played an active role in mentoring and training primary educators in the Primary Years Programme. Her deep understanding of the PYP philosophy has also led her to facilitate orientation programmes and workshops that help parents appreciate and support their children's learning journey.

As an IB School Visiting Team Leader and Consultant for schools embarking on their IB PYP journey, Ms. Bhati has had the opportunity to work with diverse school communities in India and abroad. She has participated in numerous IB seminars and professional development workshops, continually enriching her own practice and expertise.

A strong advocate for empowering educators, she believes that teachers thrive when equipped with the right knowledge, skills, and tools to create purposeful learning experiences. Through extensive workshops, training programmes, and mentoring sessions, she supports educators in strengthening their professional practice and responding effectively to the evolving needs of learners.

Beyond the classroom, Ms. Bhati regularly engages with parent communities, conducting interactive sessions that address the changing dynamics of parenting and help parents build stronger, more meaningful partnerships with their children.
