
On Monday, August 04th, 2025, Scottish High hosted a second session by Dr. Satinder Walia, on the
chapter two of Effective Classroom Strategies for supporting students across the school. Dr. Walia, along with her team, shed light on how a child’s brain development impacts attention, decision-making, and emotional regulation, and how teachers can align their strategies accordingly. Practical tools and techniques were shared for customizing lesson plans and assessments to meet diverse learning styles and abilities. A powerful step towards building supportive, student-centric classrooms for our learners!
