A defining moment in the eventful calendar of Scottish High as Highlanders yet again touched base with one of the most premier events- The Scottish High Model United Nations (SHISMUN 2021) in collaboration with the United Nations High Commission for Refugees. Conducted virtually the sixth annual two-day conference signed in a pool of 240 delegates from India and abroad in nine committees. A virtual roundtable for leaders, lawmakers and representatives from around the world, the summit rallied debates and dialogues on a scale of social agendas, political issues and policies. A bureaucratic stand, a unilateral standpoint and a range of cross-cultural discourse underlined the transnational texture of the event, marked by a series of declarations and resolutions. Top-level execution by the Secretariat, the Organising Committee, students, teachers and staff members, certainly SHISMUN is an ideal simulation for students to take over as Leaders and Statesmen.
