
The school participated in the KVRSS SPARK Innovation Competition, held at the University of Hyderabad on 1 August. The competition provided a valuable platform for students to showcase their creativity, innovative thinking, problem-solving abilities and application of knowledge to real- world challenges.
Three students represented the school in different categories and demonstrated commendable confidence, originality and enthusiasm. Their participation reflected the school’s commitment to nurturing innovation and encouraging students to explore interdisciplinary ideas beyond the classroom.
Avni Dwivedi of Grade XII secured First Position in the Jeevanam category and was awarded a prestigious cash prize of ₹10,000. Her achievement reflected her ability to develop and present an innovative idea with clarity and impact. Kartik Chaudhary of Grade VIII secured the Second Runner-Up position in the SMART (Science Meets Arts) category and received a cash prize of ₹1,000. His achievement highlighted the effective integration of scientific thinking with creativity and artistic expression.
Harsimar Dargan of Grade X participated in the Ganitam category, where he developed an innovative game proposing a novel solution for the JEE counselling system. His creative approach earned him a Consolation Certificate and a cash prize of ₹1,000.
Participation in the competition provided the students with meaningful exposure to a competitive innovation ecosystem. They had the opportunity to present their ideas, receive feedback, interact with participants from different institutions and understand the importance of refining ideas to address practical challenges.
The experience helped students strengthen essential skills such as critical thinking, communication, creativity, collaboration, presentation and problem-solving. It also encouraged them to approach challenges from multiple perspectives and develop solutions that combine knowledge with practical application.
The achievements of all three students brought immense pride to the school and reflected their dedication, confidence and innovative spirit. The school congratulates Avni Dwivedi, Kartik Chaudhary and Harsimar Dargan on their remarkable accomplishments and appreciates their efforts in representing the school at the university-level competition.
The event was a highly enriching experience and reinforced the importance of providing students with opportunities to participate in platforms that encourage innovation, interdisciplinary learning and real-world problem-solving.
