
Scottish High International School, Gurugram celebrated National Technology Week from May 11th to May 14th, 2023, with great enthusiasm. The students engaged in various activities such as a ‘Tech Puzzle’ based on digital technology for middle school students and topic presentations on the ‘Role of technology in accessing knowledge’ for DP students.
A notable highlight was the Honourable Prime Minister’s online address to the students on National Technology Day, which emphasized the significance of technology and innovation in driving India’s progress. The Prime Minister commended initiatives and institutions advancing nuclear technology, healthcare, and scientific research. He encouraged hackathons, startups, and Atal Tinkering Labs to foster an innovative culture.
The Prime Minister emphasized clean energy, natural farming, and youth involvement in mission-driven projects. As the highlanders listened attentively to the Prime Minister’s words, they felt a renewed sense of purpose and determination The address inspired the students, fostering a sense of purpose and responsibility to contribute to India’s journey toward progress.
The National Technology Day celebration served as a catalyst, propelling the highlanders of Scottish High International School to embrace the spirit of innovation, channel their creativity, and actively participate in shaping the future of their beloved nation. With their minds brimming with ideas and aspirations, these young visionaries are ready to unleash their potential and make a lasting impact in the realm of technology and beyond.
