The Highlanders from Grade IBDP and IBCP organized a vibrant and enriching Cultural Cuisine Carnival on 12th July 2024 in the School Auditorium to celebrate and gain knowledge on the diverse culinary traditions of various cultures across the globe. This event fostered a sense of global awareness and international mindedness among our Highlanders.
The highlight of the carnival was the array of food stalls representing the amalgamation of different countries and cultures. Students prepared and served traditional dishes from countries such as Turkey, Mexico, China, India, France, Spain, Germany etc.
The Cultural Cuisine Carnival was a resounding success, achieving its objectives and leaving a lasting impact on the school community. It provided a platform for students to celebrate their cultural backgrounds and develop collaboration and communication skills. The success of this event highlights the importance of such initiatives in fostering a more inclusive and globally-minded school environment.
