
The cooking expedition at Scottish High was a delightful blend of learning, creativity, and teamwork. It provided students with hands-on experience in the culinary arts, fostering essential life skills and igniting a passion for cooking. As the students donned their aprons and commenced their culinary journey, the spirit of collaboration among students was demonstrated through effective communication, problem-solving, and cooperation. From elegant plating techniques to innovative garnishes and flavor combinations, each dish was a masterpiece in its own right. The expedition not only honed the cooking and social skills of the students but also instilled valuable lessons in collaboration, creativity, and perseverance which will serve the Highlanders well in their future endeavors.
