Dr. Kalra enlightened our female teachers on key aspects of women’s health, including the early signs of endometriosis, the importance of the HPV vaccine, and the critical role of regular physical examinations in the early detection of breast cancer. She also emphasized the importance of a healthy diet, regular physical exercise, and the benefits of strength training, particularly for women in their late 30s and beyond.
This session was a heartfelt tribute to our teachers, reminding them to prioritize their own well-being while managing the many roles of being a mother, wife, and educator. We were truly honored to have Dr. Kalra with us, inspiring and guiding us toward healthier, stronger womanhood.
