Admission Process
At Scottish High International School (SHIS), Gurugram, admission is more than completing a form—it is the beginning of your child’s journey with us. With a choice of internationally recognised curricula including IB PYP, DP and CP, Cambridge, ICSE and ISC, we offer families an educational pathway that can evolve with their child’s aspirations. Admissions are offered subject to seat availability, with priority given to siblings of existing SHIS students, making every admission a thoughtfully considered beginning to a long-term association with the school.
- Admission in Scottish High International School is purely based on seat availability. However, siblings of existing children would be given priority.
- Applicants along with their parents will be invited to school for a Document Verification Process ( depending on seat availability).
- Registration is not a guarantee for admission. Given the fact that the seats are limited, the school shall endeavour to maintain a fair approach towards all candidates and proceed on the basis of the required criteria being met.
Registration Process
Registration Charges for the Academic Session 2027-28 are:
Rs. 3,000/- Non-refundable (Applicable to both online and offline registrations)
Online Registration Process:
- Fill up the registration form on the school website. (Click on the link)
- Pay the registration fee online.
- You will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing the Online Payment ID and Provisional Registration Number.
- Upload the required documents using your Online Payment ID and Provisional Registration Number.
Documents Required for Admission:
- Birth Certificate of the Student
- Aadhaar Card of the Student
- Recent Photographs of the Parents
- Aadhaar Cards of the Parents
- PAN Cards of the Parents
Document Upload Guidelines:
- Upload passport-size photographs only.
- Accepted file formats: PNG or JPG only.
- Photograph: Maximum file size of 100 KB.
- Birth Certificate: Maximum file size of 300 KB.
Mid-Term Admissions ( Session 2026-27)
Scottish High International School also accepts mid-term admissions, subject to seat availability. Parents seeking admission during the academic session may connect with the Admissions Department for guidance on the admission process and current availability.
