Our School Chairman, Dr. Cdr Kartikay Saini, was honoured as a speaker at TEDx GD Goenka University. The theme, Thrive: The Resilient Mind, found a truly powerful voice in his session titled The Quiet Power of Belief – Defeating Disability.
Dr. Saini, a pioneer in redefining what it means to overcome, addressed a packed audience with his extraordinary personal journey—transforming disability into ability. His words brought to life the true meaning of resilience: not as an abstract concept, but as a conscious, everyday choice.
Beyond the stage, the visit was equally enriching. He had the privilege of meeting the visionary Nipun Goenka, Managing Director, GD Goenka Group, along with distinguished academic leaders including Dr. Dinesh Shenoy, Vice Chancellor, GD Goenka University; Prof. (Dr.) Smitha Viswanathan Girija, Dean, School of Management; and Prof. (Dr.) Vandana Mehrotra, Dean Academics & Professor.
He also engaged in insightful interactions with esteemed faculty members such as Dr. Nusrat Khan, Professor and Area Chair – Human Resource Management (HRM), School of Management; Dr. Anureet Kaur, Associate Professor and Area Chair – Marketing Area; and Dr. Anjali Midha Sharan, Dean, School of Liberal Arts & Research and Development.
