Basant Panchami, a vibrant celebration of spring and a tribute to Goddess Saraswati—the embodiment of wisdom, learning, and the arts—was joyfully observed at SHIS.
The event commenced with a heartfelt Saraswati Puja, uniting students and teachers in prayer to seek blessings for knowledge and wisdom. The puja resonated with the chanting of Saraswati Vandana and soulful hymns, creating a tranquil and uplifting atmosphere. The celebrations concluded with the distribution of prasad, inspiring students to embrace the spirit of learning and creativity in their academic pursuits. The event was a beautiful tapestry of devotion, joy, and cultural enrichment, deepening connection to India’s cherished traditions and heritage.
