
Scottish High International School observed World Mental Health Day on October 10, 2025, with a week-long celebration aimed at promoting awareness and understanding of mental well-being. The initiative included expert talk sessions that focused on mental health awareness and shared best practices to foster emotional balance within the school community.
Students participated with great enthusiasm in creative activities such as the Gratitude Tree and the “Share Your Feelings” Doodle Wall, offering them meaningful ways to express their emotions and reflect on self-care. The celebration stood as a gentle reminder for everyone to nurture their mental wellness and take care of their minds — one mindful step at a time.
