Modern technology has many advantages and it has made our life a lot easier than before. Digitisation is the need of the hour but in this run for making life more comfortable we have made our life stressful and unhealthy. We have become so used to our gadgets that we can’t live without them. Staying away from the phone simply appears impossible. And, social media is like another life we live on the planet internet. One reel after another and time flies by. Increased screen time has led to many problems related to health and safety. Now, it is being felt that we must stay away from the digital world and use it as and when required. To sum it up, we need a Digital Detox.
Taking this thought forward an Inter Clan Street Play competition was organised to highlight the importance of Digital Detox. All the participating teams successfully highlighted the issue and brought it to the audience’s attention. A lot of creative and innovative solutions were also shared which can help in Digital Detox. The event was a success and the audience liked the performances and also pledged to use phones and gadgets in a regulated manner.
