
A counselling session was conducted with the teachers of Middle School on the topic ‘Interpersonal Communication’. Group activities were conducted and each activity was followed by reflection and discussion. Teachers reflected on interpersonal communication wherein they observed the barriers in effective communication among the team members. They reflected on ways to improve interpersonal communication among team members and also incorporate their understanding in the classrooms. Counsellor also discussed the ways to incorporate their learning from the session in the classroom. They were guided on ways to improve their connect and communication with the students during the zero periods.
